Terms and conditions

- If you cancel or modify your reservation up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If you cancel, modify or don´t show up within the 30 days previous to your booking, the full stay will be charged.
- At the time of your reservation you will need top pay 50% of the total amount of your booking.
- Upon arrival you will then pay the remaining 50% of your booking.
- Children are welcome to stay.
- Children from 3 years upwards and adults requiring an extra bed, will be charged 45€ per night.
- Infants up to 2 years of age, children will be charged 10€ per night for a cot.
- Maximum capacity of extra beds / baby cots in a room is 1.
- There is free Wi-Fi available in the rooms.
- Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.
- Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
